We’re looking for someone to come in and expand BAOBUN STUDIO’s attention to detail and willingness to try new things on how we create and share our designs. If you’re more senior with previous experience from working in content and able to create various visuals, this role will be your opportunity to completely define how BAOBUN STUDIO is seen online by combining your strong artistic skills and beliefs with BAOBUN STUDIO’s branding. We’d love to have someone who can come in with the ambition of building visuals and content that other companies would look at in complete awe.

Design quality and attention to details are core pillars of our identity, and our hope is that role will help spread this core philosophy through every piece we share with people.

One of our biggest challenges in the coming year will be how to keep providing more value, while always increasing the quality of the content, and without simply scaling the team linearly (could be achieved through automation, processes, AI, etc…). Providing clear and thoughtful solutions to this problem will be one of the main indicators when hiring for this role.
